As part of the building usage, a deposit of Three Hundred Thousand Kwacha (K 300,000) is required to reserve a wedding date and is due by the third week of your counseling class. A breakdown of fees is as follows:
Booking FeeK 200,000Refundable
Sound TechnicianK 50,000Non refundable
Cleaning UpK 50,000Refundable

The fees cater for:

  • Use of Sanctuary and classroom for bridal party
  • Sound Technician

The deposit (K 250,000) will be refunded upon collection of marriage certificate (Excluding K 50,000 Sound Technician) once it has been determined that the facility was maintained as stated in the guidelines of this policy. Any violations of the stated guidelines will result in the forfeit of the deposit.


If the wedding is cancelled, the church must receive a minimum of two weeks’ notice to receive a full refund of your deposit.
